got back from court

about my assault charge it turns out i was able to get reduced to community service and suspended sentence as long as i go to rehab and get drug testing for a while and also rat out my dealer because my lawyer pretty much convinced the judge that i was addicted to weed and that i was under the influence at the time so the weed was to blame. as long as i clean up and get drug counceling they were willing to play ball, also a local newspaper wants to do a story about marijuana causing violence in young people and why it needs to be stopped in all communities that wanna legalize it and also is pushing for why we need drug testing in schools which i think is probably a good thing. so im gonna do that just to make it more convincing that i have a problem even though i dont really have that bad of one. but its probably better if i can keep other kids from smoking or better yet starting in the first place. the only way to not end up a drug addict is to not smoke in the first place afterall.

anyway this is pretty awesome im just happy im not gonna do any time but figure i at least can do some good by stopping people from getting into weed and ending up a dumbass or an addict of harder drugs which is pretty much what happens eventually as much as some of you will deny it and say its not addictive and not bad for you blah blah blah. weed is stupid and pointless i see that now and the fact is if your older than high school and still smoke it it just makes you a lazy piece of shit. most of you are in denial and try to justify your addictions because you havent had the chance to stop and see for yourself. iv decided my life is better without weed and young people would be best to stay away from that shit.

also just wanted to say that newt gingrich is the man i couldnt agree more with this. there was a time when i would have called this guy a nazi or whatever but you know what that was the addict speaking who just didnt wanna be held accountable for his actions. i would hide behind that excuse of constitutional rights and all that bullshit but really what it came down to was i was just an immature kid who needed to grow the hell up (like alot of you obviously). having been older now i realize hes got the right idea, and to all you dumb college kids saying "stop oppressing me" blah blah blah just think about it if it even saves one kid from starting drugs its worth it. you would understand if you had children.
