edit: as an answer to your actual question, I've been fired from a lot of jobs, and there's always just a point in time when both parties can feel it. There really doesn't need to be a last straw, everyone knows it's coming. It's been brewing for months and the point of no return was probably passed a while before the action was actually taken.

I fucking hate getting fired.

Long story short: Sharing things that aren't to be shared.
(And as I understand it's telling, what was passed on wasn't even what I actually said, skewed in a bad light, when that isn't where I even took the concern)

The inevitable is what happened I think. It's ok when folks aren't up to speed on Yahooka now vs Yahooka from 06, so we help let people know it's a little different around here now...

I for one don't really like the 'over the boards' approach, I MUCH prefer a 'WITH the boards' way, where you get in the community as a member, because well.... that is REALLY all we are.
