I watch it with my daughter a few times a week.

It's honestly not bad for a kids show.

Rev and others should know it's not the same My Little Ponies that was on back then, this one is fairly recent - animation is similar to powerpuff girls and samurai jack - the whole vector art thing - and the characters are a lot less ditsy bimbo barbie doll sort of thing featured in most girl cartoons of that era.

That said, I cannot understand why a guy would watch it by himself. It's a kid's show, and there's pretty much none of the random insanity that would occur on the powerpuff girls to justify a man ever watching that shit as a function of his OWN manly will.

Aside from that little bit of comedy, yeah, the plots generally revolve around the virtues of friendship and cooperation, which is something I can get down with and let my daughter watch.
