Whats your monthly/weekly grocery list look like

Ive gotten into a routine with grocery shopping. I'm kinda of getting bored with the food i buy lol.

2dozen eggs
2loaves o'wheat bread
gallon of vanilla soymilk
old fashioned oatmeal
peanut butter
coffee
small curd cottage cheese
fruits(oranges,banan as,can pineapple )
brown rice
chicken
fish

thats pretty much the base of my lists...usually only go shopping once a month, so its usually alot. Been trying to stay away from processed foods this year..saving money also .

i go to the grocery maybe 5-6 times a week. i live a quarter miles away, so its easy, plus i buy small amount of produce so i get less spoilage.

There are certain things I 'keep in stock', rather than just buy as a one off.

Thinks I keep in stock:

shredded cheese
tomatoes
bread
sweet onions (usually red or white)
garlic
bananas
apples
oranges
yogurt
rolled oats
brown rice
milk
spinach
carrots
chunk tuna
raw almonds

i use these in some fashion almost every day.

'one offs' are things like my meat, where I'll buy it the day i'm going to cook it

hamburger (93/7 super lean)
steak
ahi tuna
salmon
chicken breast

various fruits on sale:
kiwifruits
pomegrante
rasberries
blueberries
blackberries
strawberries

some other veggies to mix it up:
asparagus
jalapeno peppers
green beans
bok choy
leeks

and sometimes I'll buy some beans and lentils to use isntead of rice

^ looks @ that awesome list chris hanson has

gallon of milk - vit. D
honey nut cheerios sometimes multi-grain
2 loaves of wheat bread
sliced ham or turkey from the local deli
lettuce
cheese - sliced & shredded (american)
package of whole mushrooms
2 or 3 tomatoes
a dozen eggs
2 1/2 lbs hamburger
2 cans of fruit cocktail
2 or 3 cans of van camps porknbeans You can never have enough of them.
spaghetti noodles
spaghetti sauce (imagine that)
couple cans of green beans
Lipton Tea bags
El Montery frozen chimmichangas
some misc. frozen veggies

This is just what I pick up on the regular. I'm like that lazy character and live close to the grocery store. I don't usually know what's for dinner until lunch time.

Obvious items when are needed:

salt and pepper
spicy mustard
heroine
Franks Red Hot
Dukes Mayo (miracle whip is gross imho)

yeah how the fuck does that even make sense? The cashiers here are all in hs and I gotta wait 3 more minutes before getting my swerve on. I just started taking a cup in with me and I make a rum and coke during the wait. I get alot of weird looks but I assume they just want my stock of pork n beans
