Underwater welding is also performed underwater, so fuck that. Sharks can have their oceans I got my dry land to stand on.

I was just wondering about the health hazards since a couple of people mentioned it. Do you develop arthritis or some shit?

I believe it's due to the environment of working underwater so your body takes a beating with the gasses you need to breath and the pressuring of the body and decompressing that goes with diving at depths.

Most underwater workers of various professions are far more worried about catfish and the size they get to considering most work like that isn't salt water. Furthermore sharks aren't a danger to divers as much as swimmers because those incidents are from being mistaken for food.
