I make plans for what I'll do after my wife dies.

She's type 1 and in terrible shape. Totally sedentary. She gets sick a lot. I expect to lose her before we get old old.

I just ate a blueberry muffin with a coffee cake top. It was pretty spectacular.

I want to ditch the mobile home and live in a camper. Save money for the first time in a long while. Go do more wilderness stuff. Get rid of a lot of clutter. Stay away from women. That kind of thing.

I've had pasta carbonara for dinner the past three nights, and worried I'm going to have it again tonight. My homie gave me a couple pounds of local guanciale for my birthday earlier this month. I've always used bacon before and this guanciale is changing my whole world.

First night was with rotini pasta, I undercooked the pasta so I tried to slowly heat up the bowl but the eggs curdled. it was still delicious but the sauce was broken and the texture just not there.

Second night was with spaghettini, I cooked the pasta perfectly and it was magnificent.

Third night was with varenyky (aka PIEROGIS). I didn't know life could be this good.

I seriously get chills, thinking how cool it would be, to know how to play electric guitar, very well...and get on stage with a band and jam to like 10,000 people, or more, and just smoked some good weed. I am actually very much the introvert, but I can step out, when I know my shit from top to bottom, if you know what I mean. I can picture myself in this type of situation, playing lead and rhythm. I would prolly have to change my pants once it was over...

Saw Black Sabbath in the ancient days. Snuck on stage after the show and a drumstick fell into my pocket.
