simple recipes for your munchie needs

Here's some simple things I make that people seem to like. 5 ingredients or less.

sauces
mango salsa
1 mango
1 jalapeño
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped cilantro

Chop all ingredients to blender ready sizes. Blend for about 10 seconds until the consistency of salsa. Everyone loves this stuff.

blue cheese dip
1 cup chopped blue cheese
1 pint full fat sour cream
1 tablespoon franks red hot
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. This stuff is great on kettle cooked chips.

pineapple dipping sauce
1 cup pineapple sorbet melted
1 small can chipotle peoples finely chopped
1/4 cup corn syrup

Great for seafood and anything fried. Spicy and sweet is one of my favorite combos.

Satay sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sriracha
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Fresh ginger, ground

Dipping sauce for grilled meat and noodles. Try it on ramen for a vastly improved experience.

I'll add other stuff if people are interested or add your own. Keep it simple

Why not toss it in the pan with a lid? Don't have to like.. wash a bag afterward. Or waste bag.

You cook a plastic grocery bag at 400 for 20 minutes?
