Should we buy Yahooka?

So we can put the domain onto a different server that hasn't been flagged?

We could get it properly indexed on search engines too.

The browser warning is kind of annoying, and some wi-fi networks won't even let me visit the page because of it.

Easily we could easily set up a PayPal link that would allow us to contribute to the cost.

Ex what do you know about this?

I'm thinking that perhaps we could front some money for Testclear to transition some of this stuff... and perhaps continue to hold the server and do what he's done up to this point... minus not exactly knowing how to fix this issue.

Maybe there are places that will hold the server for us... IDK.
This is definitely out of my wheel-house as they say.

You guys ever think of just starting a new board and just copying the archive over? That shouldn't cost a whole lot.

I mean its not ideal, but has anyone ever entertained the idea?

I've been doing some reading and it might be that changing yahooka over to a different server may not fix the issue, as the domain name itself may be flagged.

Apparently forums are prime culprits for getting this kind of flag, because it could be anyone posting some embedded thing, or a link even to something dangerous.

Also the possibility of a hacker at some point(s) sneaking phishing pages onto the server itself. If we don't know if those exist, and if they do, where they're located, and we copy everything to a new server, those problems are just gonna follow us.

Really we need someone with access to yahooka itself to try and request from google or the server provider for what specifically has been flagged so they can be fixed and then a request to google to fix the status to be submitted.

when you get blacklisted you need to contact any of the agencies who do the blacklist and request to be delisted. they will provide any info on things causing the problem. it literally takes one careful email

i have had clients IPs get blacklisted and alerted them to it, but never done the request myself as the back-and-forth can involve technical things and possibly changing in your config like domain signing or like sir-ex mentioned removal of suspicious/flagged content. my expertise here is only for email sending domains but i assume the regulator framework is similar here as everything i read quickly about it seems about the same

I shot Testclear a Facebook message and invited him to the conversation.
Without his help, input and action I'm afraid there isn't a lot we can do.

I am willing to spend a few bucks, ya if I have malware programs running it will constantly refresh and makes using this site a hassle.

I added it to trusted sites which fixed the loading issues.

Can we sell t-shirts, coffee mugs, and bathtub gin with the YaHooka logo on it to raise money / public awareness?
