I'm definitely on that grind-your-own bandwagon, tastes so much better. usually just get the aldi store brand, either jamacain blend or donut shop, but sometimes will get newman's own or some fancy local roast. cream and sugar is gross to me hot, but good with cold coffee.

as far as when i'm not home, i'm not picky. the office has whole bean cameron's, which is more than decent. if i'm buying coffee on the go i prefer mcdonalds over starbucks by a good margin. dunkin donuts is good too, but those are rare out my way.

i also like this one coffee shop by me because not only do they have good blends, but they have a few large carafs set out, and you can pour your own and just leave a dollar in the jar, no need to wait in line when you just want a simple pour and everyone in front of you is getting something complicated.

I get extremely irritable and sick feeling if I have more than a cup with an empty stomach. Literally makes me feel like I'm coming down off uppers. However energy drinks are always good to me for some reason. My girlfriend is a straight up addict. Always tired and get headache prone otherwise. Not good.

Most days before work though I pop a caffeine pill 200 mg.

Im super senseitive to caffine. If i drink coffee i have around a shot glass worth. If i drink a full cup i begin to sweat from my armpits, get nervous and anxious. Its really not enjoyable for me.

I am a huge fan of tea though. Earl grey with lemmon, spicy detox, and the mango black tea from trader joes are among my favorites.

I think that why coffee drinkers get headache when they dont drink for a while. The blood vessels expand and the increased blood flow causes a headache

Man, when I lived in Vancouver I used to help this dude from Guatemala shell and roast his beans.

Pretty crazy coffee is a fruit....

Well, we us to stay up late roasting the beans and smoking herb. That coffee was potent. And we drank it to test it as it roasted to see what was perfect.

A double shots worth of coffee and I was jacked.... Almost overly so. So good though, was a shame to only be able to drink it in such small doses.

The beans I get from a local roaster are like that. Much more potent. I get all light and breezy.

I used to drink coffee all day, but lately a cup or two in the morning before I start my day is perfect. Nothing beats the feeling of standing/sitting outside with a hot cup of coffee and a big joint watching the sun rise.

Oh dark roasts are preffered and I have been using a local roaster " Pilot Coffee"

My weekend routine...a big fatty, large baileys and coffee in the hot tub watching the sun rise. I get a lot of deep thinking done then and I've almost figured out how to take over the world...Bwaaa ha ha
