will this work?

This plant I got is little over 4ft tall and I just recently gave it some 10-60-10 bloomplus. It has not flowered yet thats what i am trying to get it to do. Do you think this will work?

Its is outdoors.

In order for it to start flowering it must have 12 hour darkness and 12 hours light.

When you grow outdoors,it becomes a natural thing,you can't force it to make buds until mother nature says so,but like the fertilizer that you gave it,you can give it all the right shit to help it be better.Don't be suprised if it gets up to 8-10 tall before it's done,you can always start to tie it down if height becomes a problem,this will enable the secondary buds to get more sun and will allow them to get bigger also.......

when the plant start to go in to bloom mode it will become about double the size as well becuase the plant will keep on growing for about 3 weeks before it stops and just grows buds
