brown spotting on top canopy

would any one know why a plant would get brown spots on the top leaves? Looks like where the spots are at the leaf material is dead. All on the top of canopy. Maybe 20-30 spots.Pretty clustered together too! 1mm or less wide(Spots that is). Havent fertilzed in bout 3 weeks, Plant is on 9th week. I can see little black bugs , weird like rectangle shape i would swear. About size of pinnhead(2-3mm) Havent used any pesticide yet, been using hair(human) Other then that all the other bases are pretty well coverded, This is my last plant alive, so i am in dire need of some advice please,PRAY no male!

That's a bulls eye on spider mites,darn pesky little guys........
