I don't have much experience with Yoga, but after reading about science of breath and similar areas of study, I've been thinking of giving it a try. Does anyone have any experience with Yoga, or can someone recommend a certain kind to look for in classes?
Thanks. The Rev |

"By doing karma (actions, duty, etc.), indeed, one should wish to live here for a hundred years. For a man, such as you (who wants to live thus), there is no way other from this, whereby karma may not cling to you."
listen to veda: forget those other yogas, what you want is <a href="http://www.indiadivine.org/isha-upanishad-siddhaswarupananda2. htm" target="_blank">Karm a-Yoga</a>! |
