Yoga

I don't have much experience with Yoga, but after reading about science of breath and similar areas of study, I've been thinking of giving it a try. Does anyone have any experience with Yoga, or can someone recommend a certain kind to look for in classes?

Sure Hatha (physical) yoga, or Isha (Divine) yoga.
