theres as reason police are called little hitlers.

my mum is totaly upsatnding. is embarssed by my weed smokinh and way of life, hopes i'll "grow" out of it. she works alongside police in the coucil housing department, she's the one that puts a big ass meatl door on your house to stop you gettin in when you return from work cos you aint paid your rent. i rekon she enjoys it. she is a bit of a boot. and she still thinks cops are on a power trip are are "bad buggers".

In light of the fact that so many on this board are happy over Jerry Falwell's body becoming a carcass, I thought I'd bump up this 5-year old thread. For the record, I sympathize with Patriot. The government declared a War on Drugs against us and I have no sympathy when their foot soldiers become casualties. I'm sure if I were an Iraqi I'd have no sympathy upon hearing news of a dead US Marine.

Even though I break the law every time I enjoy a little herb, and I'm sure those guys would bust me if they could; the police are not my sworn enemies.

Just like it is their job to protect us from legitimate threats to our safety (risking their own lives if necessary), it is also part of their job to chase down peaceful cannabis farmers. It’s like my next-door neighbor (a cop) says: “I don’t make the laws, I just do my job.” Like a soldier, they cannot pick the war they are sent to.

Those guys (like my neighbor) probably had families. It makes me sad to know that another child lost a parent in this stupid war on drugs. It would have been sad as well if they had busted a grower and separated him from his family.

It’s depressing that some kid has, as the story of his dad’s death: “He died in a helicopter searching for pot plants.” Not knowing that in the awkward silence that follows the story, the listeners are not necessarily condemning the evil “drug dealers” as the child imagines; rather, they may be reflecting on the absolute futility of the poor man’s death.

Exactly, it's not their fault, they were only following orders. Like good little boys and girls.

saying "im just doing my job" doesnt mean anything. Thats just a line they use to get out of trouble, theres alot of other jobs out there that a cop could go into, im sure police officer would look good on a resume.

And you'll be the one to protect your neighbors when the bad shit happens?

I can depend on you to be there when they call right?

When some whack job is raping your neighbors kid, as long as you aren't doing something else, you'll be right there right?

I'm glad they're 'just doing their job', if we had to depend on the likes of you, we'd be fucked...

They should do their job, just not the unjust part of it. I recognize the world need cops, but i think if people lost the 'doing my job' and 'you cant choose what wars you fight in' mentality...peace would be much closer to real.

i don't even know... cops are necessary but if you want to put me in jail for something stupid, you are my enemy. if someone (non-cop) wants to kidnap me, im against them aren't I?

What if the 'something stupid' is you?

Is disregarding a law that you know is on the books and may result in your eventual incarceration any less stupid than having those laws on the books?

I call it personal accountability, I don't want to spend the night in the pokey so I do my best to either not break the law or do my damnedest to make sure I don't get caught, this is called common sense. You want peace in this world, we need a fuck load more of it.

it still comes down to they're arresting me, im not hurting them. tehy are the enemies. im not gonna go out and kill a cop, i think thats wrong. but i will not call someone fighting for the drug war a hero. blindly doing your job is not heroic, its cowardly. Fuck the cops who would arrest me or worse. love to the cops who would protect me and my neighbours.

O ya and peace to you No1, don't know why, just peace to you.

Arrow I was just thinking about this thread......

Anyone who supports the demonization of any plant is an enemy to all, including themselves.

With some topical treatment it goes away in a few days. It's been a very long time since I contracted poison ivy. There are some dangerous plants out there. Cannabis/hemp is the safest, yet this thread was started 10 years ago about people on taxpayer's salary flying in a machine fueled by oil from taxpayer funding trying to "protect" the general public from the safest plant known to man. Uh, they could have been flying in a machine running on fuel from hemp, which would be far cleaner, but their job is to look for and eradicate that dangerous marijuana. I wonder how many stills they flew over.

Be sure and go look at the response The Governor put on here before someone shot him in his own living room after the local news media put his address on the air.

i hate what they were doing when they crashed. I hate that weed smokers are treated like animals in the real world and that they are treated as slaves/money making opportunities for the gov and prison system.

i just cant find it in me to hate these 3 people. They were probably best friends, godparents, brothers, sons....i am not gonna rejoice in their deaths.

People dont realize how easy they could be on the other side of what we are doing. All it takes is one trauma.

nobody ever thinks they would have been a nazi....but guess what you could have been one way closer than you think.

Its two sides fighting for what they think is right. To me one is an evil force....to themselves they are saving us.

have a lil compassion

Poison Ivy?

Ever had it between All your fingers? The bottoms of your feet? The top of your head? All over your boobs? Belly? Plus the usual places like all over your arms and legs.

2 days? HA. More like 2 weeks of total agony, repeated on a yearly basis.

Oh yeah, under my wristwatch arm, have not worn a wristwatch for almost 20 years 'cause of that. Wore my watch around my neck.

Arrow They weren't looking for poison ivy...

Poison ivy was never made illegal. Neither was gypsum weed. I do not wish for bad things to happen to anyone. However, when my enemies go down, it gives me a bit of satisfaction. The media called these "drug warriors" heroes and the users are criminals. Go look at the escape from Sorbibor where the Nazi murderers who were killed by the escaping "prisoners" were classified as heroes and given fancy funerals by the German taxpayers. The escapees were classified as criminals and any of them that were caught were executed immediately.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sobib%...rmination_camp

Jack Herer compares this in The Emperor as well.
