Dude, I think that you have officially smoked yourself stupid. Can't you see that they are just trying to get some help? Are you that cold and heartless as to try and injure someones self esteem like that?


I have struggled with weight all my life and know what you are going thru. I found that if my blood sugar level is extreamly high when I smoke I don't get the munchies. But if it is low I get the same problem. So If I know I am gonna smoke then I eat quite a bit of sugary products and then smoke. Cures the munchies fast! And some green herb will naturally make you wanna get up and get going on being active. So try to find that kind and smoke it in conjunction with your usual kind.

i used to be exactly like you, but then i discovered a simple joy:

getting baked and riding my bike. for some reason it is so fucking fun, great way to exercise, and by the time you get back you aren't as blazed, so you aren't as hungry. I lost 10 lbs in two weeks.

i used to eat too much... and i would spend too much on food... all you have to do is find something to keep you occupied.... and then you wont even think about food... go to a party or go play mini golf or something.... anytihng but eat

yeah, my friend was like that too
but he did what he calls the 100 calorie diet
which is where he had under 100 calories a day for about a month
he lost like 30 lbs, but i dont think its very healthy

Things I do to avoid the munchies:
1) Smoke more pot!!
2) Drink wine or beer while smoking
3) Smoke more pot!!!
4) Make love to your gf/bf
5) Smoke more pot!!!!
6) Have a cig...then smoke more pot!
7) Smoke more pot!!!!
8) Have a small snack at the end of the night.
9) Eat a big meal before smoking
10) When all else fails...Smoke More Pot!!!!!!!!
