hey everyone....i did 2 caps of e oh thursday and i wanna do e agian on saturday...i was wondering if i just do one cap on sat. will i still get a nice high?? or am i doing it to close to the last time and it will tamper with teh effects

i would say to take 2 min. theres no maxiumum.... try to find some K...its pretty straight!
