i was talking to someone whose brother works in a headshop the other day and she mentioned that the shop was selling off all of its bongs that were over a foot tall because there is a law being passed that you can't sell waterpipes that are over 1 foot in height. anyone else hear about this? maybe it's just a new hampshire thing, but if it's true, that sucks ass, cuz i was just saving up to buy a really really nice 2 footer.

a law like makes absolutely no sense. then again, there are several laws in this country that makes even less sense, so anythings possible. i've heard nothing of this sort. i really do want to take my new bong out to a public park and smoke some tabacco outta my waterpipe... i'd probably meet some interesting people.
