1/4 cup oat meal
1 banana(diced)
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
2 ice cubes

Blend until smooth....this taste great.

Eating in the morning makes me nauseous, I have to be awake for quite a few hours before I can eat.

I do have cereal every now and again though. I craved corn flakes when I was pregnant.

Scrambled eggs are probably my favorite. I'll admit I have a thing for Denny's breakfasts (Chicken fried steak and eggs, buscuit & gravy). They are best when it's Late Late at night on a road trip in the middle of nowhere.

Eh, it's fast, quickly absorbed, I don't need to cook anything in the morning, and it doesn't use any dishes since I just drink it straight from the blender and then rinse it out real quick.
