Tips on Lowering Tolerance

Im looking to lower my tolerance. First off, I will be quitting for about a month. A month seems like a long enough time to lower my tolerance way down.

Whats the longest anyone quit, and how low did your tolerance drop?

Also are there any other ways to lower tolerance? I heard excercising helps, but haven't confirmed it.

Not smoking for a month will lower your tolerance.

i didn't smoke for about 6 weeks, and last weekend i took 2 hits of kush and was TRIPPING. a month should be good, but the longer you go, the lower it gets.

you can't lower your tolerance without quitting, or at least cutting back significantlyl. excercising ain't gonna cut it, buddy.

BTW, good luck quitting. once you have a tolerance built up, quitting can cause MAJOR insomnia and loss of appetite. prepare to stay up late and not eat.

Your tolerance will all depend really on how much/how often you smoke. Me for example smokes every single day. Especially in the morning before school I always drive to this little wooded area and pull some chutes or smoke a doob. If I miss out on one of those morning sessions and dont get around to it until like 12 or 1 I will notice a difference. So I could only imagine how much it would differentiate if I quit for like a month or so. I'd be rook all over again.

i stopped for about 3 months´, when i smoked it was like the first time. going into a sauna a ffew times will help getting it out of your system, i´m not sure about tolerance. i would likemy tolerance down as well, i hate having to smoke so much.

Ive gone from smoking everyday for 3 months to not having smoked in 2 weeks. I also quit smoking cigarettes at the sametime. My lungs feel so refreshed and I have so much more energy and stuff. Im probably going to buy another stash within the next week or so but hopefully these 2-3 weeks have lowered my tolerance enough to actually enjoy being high.

Ha ha!

A chance to floss on recent progress. I was a heavy blunt smoker about 1/2 oz a day, but for the last week... I've cut down tremdendously. I've been smoking joints only and it's cut down not just on quantity but also desire.

Joints suck ass so, so, so much that one is less inspired to get high at all. This crap has almost completely stripped me of the hourly urge to re-spark. Now ur lucky if I wanna spark 4 or 5 times a day.

Misery is a great way to reduce tolerance.

BTW, I did smoke a single super-stuffed philly last night and was fucked up lovely. That was great. Couldn't have done it without the suk ass "joints-only" routine, though.

1) A half o/z a day. That would be more than your hooker salary could afford. Or require.

i smoke almost everyday but only like one-two times, and its never a lot except on weekends. may tolerence is low and i like it. that was its easier to get totally blown. same with alcohol and i dont care

joints dont suck ass...the only reason you are not enjoying them is becasue its not the weed your enjoting when you smoke your blunts but the niccotene in them(2-3 cigs worth)so yah enjoy your blunts....hell u could skip the 1/2oz and you would still enjoy them...hell roll up some blunt scraps in zigzags youl enjoy it...you cancer plant smoking twit

well you've got two options.....
1. smoke less pot
2. drink more coffee

nah, seriously though, cut back, then quit for a few months and then your tolerance should be lowered.

I'm Quitting!!

This thread was an inspiration. The only thing that could make me stop getting somewhat high... is the prospect of getting much higher.

I quit last night about 6pm and I'm already recognizing aspects of this reality that I'd forgotten. I'm feeling gigglier. I think this might be cool for awhile...














(I give it 3 days... tops)

damn i have really noticed a difference. my tolerance has sky rocketed. Now i notice differences whether i smoke in the morning or wait for the afternoon. Exercising and drinking sufficient ammounts of water is a good habit.
