L&C I was very saddened to find this thread, I had no idea you were sick. I want you to know that I really respect your opinions around here, your take me the way I am is what made me respect you. I hope you pull though this, ya know my nephew did and he was in very bad shape. If you want to go tho I can certainly understand that and hope you go peacefully without pain and as loopie said with all your loved ones surrounding you holding your hand to help you pass over.
