How sketchy is it? Is it best to use a fake name, and a PO box or different address?

Na I wouldn't try anything to make it look fishy. I mean the name you use doesn't matter, it's the address that matters.

I've never done it but I hear you don't get in trouble if you get caught(the first time).

I know I will eventually, just go to some other bigger forums like roll it up or grass city just to read their seed bank reviews. Do a little research and you will have some seeds at your door in no time.

I will PM you a couple places that I know people who have had success with them.

Legal status of cannabis seeds differs in different countries.

You would want to get them sent to a safe address where nothing illegal is going on as in a worst case scenario interception of seeds would trigger a search of the delivery address..

Also be aware that money transactions (paying by credit card or whatever) can often be traced

Normally if seeds are intercepted you will receive a letter telling you that there is an issue with some mail, you need to go and pick it up. Obviously you don't pick it up .

I think quanity matters also and what size operation you might be running. They might already be watching you if you're into dealing. I think if you're cool and they don't have any other reason to fuck with you, they don't have the resources to follow every seeed transaction to its completion.

damn it seems like this happens more then i woulda thought... arent seeds legal? how can they legally seize the package?

is there really a risk with ordering say 20 seeds to a home residence?

yeah they usually don't care about small operations here in Cali...especially since most have cards anyways. they just focus on the bigger/guerrilla growers.

My last 2 orders came in a cd package. I got a descrete e-mail telling me how I would be recieving my order and how it would be billed to my credit card.

Not legal in the US I think (check up I'm not sure about Yankee law).

Seizure not the main problem but the associated grief. Information acquired by unfriendly agencies.

i've never seen a law (in my state) that says you can't recieve or posess MJ seeds. i don't think any jury in the U.S. would convict you of a crime that is hardly even implied. if you really need the seeds, then order them. the worst that can happen is they never arrive and the local law enforcement keeps an eye on you for a day or two.

All the dutch seed banks know how to send shipments discrete. The CC-bill will say ABC trading or something like that. It does not say Marijuana or weed, just a discrete company name. Dutch guys are smart guys

Unless your shipement is routed through Chicago, most arrive.

You have to know another med grower with decent seed..or you order 'em up over the Net....

ditto with clones. I'm in a med state but the state has nothing to do with dispensing meds, seeds, or clones...so the patients are on their own to source these items.

The only thing we do have in our favor is that if we are caught swapping plants/seeds/pot with another med patient we will more than likely not be charged because we can both LEGALLY possess plants, dried meds...etc.

Just FYI for those out there worried about what might happen if your seeds are intercepted by Customs...

First they'll take the seeds.

Then they'll put a letter in their place and will mail it on to you.

The letter is a USDA form that will tell you that it is illegal to import cannabis seed into the US...

you lost yer seeds and yer cash.

end of story. They aren't coming for ya..it isn't worth their time. Besides..you never RECIEVED the seeds..so how can they bust you? (even if you paid with a CC it would be an incredible waste of time tracking you down)

and besides..you DIDN'T have em sent to your house *where you grow* in the first place...right?? You were SMART and used a "safe address" for the shipment...right?

if so....you have nothin to worry about...NOTHING.

Thats why they make PO Boxes isn't it? So you don't have to have illegal shit shipped to your house! I got a bud in Cali, one of his ladies went hermi so hes shipping me the seeds, Im getting em mailed to the empty house a block away. Hope nobody buys the place before they get here!
