Elite genetics busted
Kind of oldish news, but these 2 (him and his girlie) were busted.
There was talk about him spending 20 years and he finally was put away for 5 I believe. His GF got time served. He was growing/breeding where he was selling the seed out of in the states.

The guy just wanted to get rich off the seed. He wasn't a bad guy really just a tad... overzealous.
He was the definition of pollen chucker, not that that's a bad thing at all. He crossed this with that and sold it. Not sure he ever did much testing of his own stock though. The guy had clones and seeds I could only dream about, amazing what people would give him. But he sold for a reasonable price and was quite anxious to please a few years back. The experienced growers found him abrasive sometimes which created some shit no doubt. I have heard lots of people talk shite about him but not very damn many complaints of what they grew from his crossings. I wish him all the best and hope he gets out early.
