Growing autoflowering strains outdoors

I am planning on growing a couple plants on my windowsill this summer.

I am currently living in the Netherlands and need to be back home by September, by going with an autofloweirng strain I will be abe to harvest dry and smoke my weed rather then leaving some almost finished monster to go to waste.

ever since lowryder came out there appears to have been some major advances in the quality of bud you can get from autoflowering varieties.

I have seen many autoflower grows with what look like great results but these are all indoor grows and am wondering if anyone hear may be able to share some experience with me

Thanks

Never grown autos but have heard that you can get some that yield very well and are potent as well.
Seems to me the one I read most about was an Ak cross.

one thing i had to watch out for was budrot seeing as though they get pretty compacted up....wasn't very branchy....had more of a singlish kola...3.5 feet tall and needed to be propped up due to the weight.

Passing directly from the seedling to the flowering stage, Lowryder altogether does away with the vegetative growth stage, in a process called autoflowering. In other words, when planted, it sprouts, grows a couple sets of leaves, then immediately and automatically begins flowering (males at about day 17, females at day 20).
