High Yielding Strains

Looking for some strains that are great yielders. Specifically indoor in soil. Big Bud? Chronic?

Critical Mass (which is related to Big Bud I think) and White Russian spring to mind.

Chronic and especially Big Bud are good yielders. Big Bud often has problems with mold though.
Chronic has rather bland taste and effect IMO but some might say different.

Big Bud has been around a while now, the version of it which was everywhere about 10 years back or whenever was actually a cross with skunk#1 I believe.

If you go through a lot of seeds you increase your chances of finding an uberyielder.

Usually there is some sort of payoff with high yielders though. The limiting factors of a grow are often lights/ventilation/rootmass and if you dial these three things in everything else tends to average out more than you might think in the end.

I've seen some people pull crazy yields from grows with vertical hid bulbs recently- usually they tend to be fairly elaborately set up.

Sativa plants can yield well per watt but then they take longer.. Factor the flowering time into your calculations.

Also- best to go for quality over quantity in my mind .

Leaning toward doing a indica. Would like to do a run from seed and take some cuttings during veg and flower out another batch of clones. That's quite a list though. Thanks man I'll def check them out. I've been doing research on other's grow journals to see how certain strains have performed.

Thinking of doing Nirvana's Northern Lights x Big Bud or possibly Critical Mass. The Northern Light cross has been attractive due to NL having a somewhat neutral odor and I have no carbon scrubber atm. Heard KC 33 has been good. Any info on what kinda smoke it produces?

After looking at what was out there, I decided it's better to go quality over quanity as far as genetics. There were a few Critcal crosses I grabbed that I hope turn out to be good medicine as well. Went with..

Purple Wreck - Reserva Privada
Cheesus - Big Buddah
Super Sour OG - Emerald Triangle
Grapefruit Krush - Emerald Triangle
AK 47 - Serioius Seeds
Blueberry - Dutch Passion

Freebies

Madness - World Of Seeds
La Diva - Delicious Seeds
White Siberian - Dinafem
Shark Attack - Dinafem

The Madness sounds really interesting.. Matanuska Thunder X Cindy 99

Heard only good things about the emerald triangle stuff.

Was always dubious about dinafem (don't like fems myself), but I have to say, I have a mate who grew out some Critical + and it was a lovely smoke.

DP Blueberry might be a tetchy bitch, but BB always is.

I reckon the Serious AK47 is a great yielder and quality smoke combination.
