I appreciate the love.

I am currently negotiating with another yahookan for a possible job opportunity. If everything goes well, I might get hired for a huge outdoor crop. Its gonna be epic!

Great harvest. I wouldn't store it in plastic bags though.

I finally weighed out all the product, and it is over 12.5 pounds.

Turned out to be a pretty good harvest.

I am starting to prep the soil for another grow. This time I will only grow 12 plants, selected from 30 seedlings.

I will try to improve on last years yield... someway somehow.

Today I found 6 little Dutch Passion seedlings. This site has been abandoned for 4 months now. I figure these little seedlings popped up about a week ago when we had about 2 days of rain. I took home 2 of them. Really strong and healthy looking. I transplanted the other 4 seedlings, and left them at the site.

I'm curious about your site. What are the metal pipe frames for? What was it used for before you took it over? Did you amend the soil at all? Aside from your superb growing skills, do you think there's a reason why this spot is so good?

The metal pipes were there before I took over the site. The owner told me that they were used for a small patio cover of some sort. The pipes came in handy for the previous grow. I was able to tie up some of the branches to the pipes for extra support.

The soil is rich, but I definitely amend it. I mix in good compost, and worm castings. I also feed the ladies a liquid fertilizer mix once a week. Another great thing about the city of Downey is that land was a giant cow pasture, and an orange plantation in the past. All of the soil in the city of Downey is really rich.

California is always sunny, and im pretty sure genetics play a huge role in all of this...

The tittle of this thread is misleading.

I used the word incorrectly. I would change the tittle of this thread if I knew how... ?
