seedbay uses the 50$ registration fee towards payment against yer first bid, or win, whichever.it just confirms your request too bid. if you don't have an extra 50$ to register, there's no concern over getting to bid or not. it's sort of economy and democracy in action together.like if your not a registered voter, don't bitch about the government.
