Avoid doing business with cannabisseeds.com. At first, I thought it was just me, but now I am finding out there are lots of others who have ordered from this company and never received their orders or if they did, the seeds were sterile and would not germinate or crushed during shipment. Here is my experience with them:

I ordered seeds from them in February of this year and have never received them. I realize there is little I can do to resolve the matter as the vendor will not respond to my emails but I hope to make others aware of him. I waited until April to send an email regarding nonreceipt. The first response said the order was sent out on March 25 (more than a month after order was placed) to the delivery address and that I should wait a couple of days. I was also told that if the order did not arrive within the next couple of days to send another email which I did, again and again, finally, I got a response that said the order was shipped the day after it was received--very different from what was first told (which was more than a month's difference according to the vendor). Since then, I have never received a response even though I have emailed several times. I know I was ripped off and would like to help others to avoid the same results--great prices--sounds good--great selection--no product. At first he only took cash payments, now he is taking credit cards only--which means more people will get ripped off. Warn everybody about them--save your money and oder your seeds from someone else.

They sold me a very good strain of hemp; out of the 10% of supposedly varied strains of feminized seeds that actually germinated; all become lovely hemp plants; Hardy MFers; fucking weeds. Live and learn. These guys are supposedly under investigation in the UK due to Pay Pal's complaint as they used Pay Pal for payment of "marijuana" seeds. I hope these scam artists get what they deserve.

Not happy with headsite bought 10 seeds of an outdoor type strain gave 5 to a mate who managed to kill em
However 2 of mine have germinated and grown have been tending and looking after them for 3 months and now one of them has just started to flower AND IS MALE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ARRRRRGH !!!!!!
just hope the other one proves to be female
do females flower later ????

^ hate to break it to you buddy, but that ain't the seedbank's fault. that's just how it goes. when ordering standard seeds, you basically got a 50/50 chance of m/f plants. if you get fem. seeds, you will undoubtedly get females, but more of a chance for hermies, too. and yes, fem. plants takes a little longer to show their sex generally than males, generally being the key word here. still no guarantees.

thought that all seeds purchased where feminised
will just have to keep my fingers crossed that plant number two is in fact female
I am still completely traumatised by the whole experience - all that work gone to waste just makes me want to cry

You can buy feminized seeds. Personally, I find it worth the extra expense. I don't clone or do much at once so I'd rather rely on each seed. The 2 best seedbanks I've found is Dr. Chronic and Alien Growshop. Their prices are about equal, both are fast (about 1 week), and I've never had a customs interruption yet. Further (individual companies), Sweetseeds are all female and have been 100% germ and 100% excellent vigor, for me (Blackjack & Psicodelicia are great). I also like greenhouse seeds--I've had germination issues there but I think that was mostly me. I've had a 10 pack of their Cheese and every single one has been healthy and bulky and fast. I hope some of that helps

I just read the whole thread and no one mentioned hemp depot in over a year, was wondering if it's still legit.

Thanks for that will not skimp and go for feminised next year it is just such a pain when you grow in natural serason and only have 1 shot a year to get it right !!

I used Doc also. But 2 of my shipments were grabbed by the gov. So I switch around, maybe they won't grab them as often.

anyone ever grow "Mendolla"? It is huge and purple. I have smoked it before, not real impressed, but I did not grow the bud. Now I have 2 and just wondering

How do you know they were grabbed by the goverment and they didn't just not send them to you.

Both Packages were opened the seeds were taken out a letter from Homeland Security put in. The package was wrapped in HLS green tape and forwarded to me. The letter stated they confiscated the seeds and no further action is will be taken.

I just wanted to let everyone out there know what a class act the guys at the Hemp Depot are. I sent them a U.S. postal money order for 2 packs of seeds (Dr. Atomic's "Blueberry Jam" <25% D.J Short's Blueberry x 75% NL#5>, and a pack of Joey Weeds, "AK-47 x Cinderella 99"). I recieved the seeds in less than 2 weeks! Very Professional!, well packaged, safe....and Damn that was fast! I don't know about germination yet but thats really not the Hemp Depot's problem anyway, as they are not the breeders of the seeds, but I will give a report at the time of germination. I will definately be doing more business with these guys in the future, and recommend them highly to anyone in the USA that wants to get some new genetics. It's Scarey business sending off $150 + to someone you don't know hundreds of miles away for something your not "supposed" to have anyway. HEMP DEPOT is the Real Deal!

*********ATTENTION** ** this IS NOT the BC Hemp DEPOT, I have not heard good things about them these guys are just ..."Hemp Depot" and they also have 4 1/2 marks on Seedmans ranking site. Don't get them confused!!!

I get Dr. Chronic in about 5 days and Growshop Alien is about the same but a little cheaper. Both have been smooth to deal with, with no issues pertaining to quality of anything.

Greg Green's Cannabis Grow Bible is a pretty comprehensive how-to for both novices and experienced growers. It's available free online. I was particularly interested in Green's endorsement of Cannabisseeds.com. I went to the site, noticed they were promoting a sale, and placed an order. The site said the sale ended that day. In the week since I placed my order, I've noticed the end date has changed each day. Interesting marketing scheme, but it makes me wonder what else is questionable about the site. $20 per 12 seed order is outrageously cheap, especially for strains such as Jack Herer. I've previously ordered from marijuana-seeds.nl with zero complaints. Stealth (they ship in a CD case), speed (less than 2 weeks to deliver), and quality (NL - all germed, matched the site's description to a "T"). I've received emails confirming the order and shipment, saying I should expect the delivery in 5 days to 2 weeks.

I'll reserve judgement on Cannabisseeds until my order arrives and I see results, otherwise, I will heartily recommend marijuana-seeds.nl

The few posts I've read (after placing my order, shucks!) regarding Cannabisseeds are less than encouraging. I would certainly appreciate any one else posting on their experiences with them.
