My partner just grew some of that Apollo & it's a very uplifting high. Not a couchlock at all. Got some Afghani Dream & Hawaiian Sativa going now. The Afghani is curing as we speak, but the Hawaiian is taking a little longer to fully flower.
I really have no idea about how to grow, or anything related to it. My partner & I are on a 60/40 basis, him with 60...but he's taking all the risk, but I buy the seeds.
I just bought [at a benefit seed auction] 10 Poison Thunderfuck & 10 Cindy Aloha x Hawaiian & relayed them to my partner 70 miles away. He's sending me some of that Afghani. Then harvesting the Hawaiian Sativa. Then starting the Thunderfuck.
Man, am I looking forward to that. This grower who I bought these seeds from, sent me a 'torpedo' of the Thunderfuck & I had to dissect the joint & do bong hits, as there was not a chance in hell I could've smoked that whole thing. I think I got high 5 separate times from the 1 joint.
Even my wife, who hasn't smoked since she got preg with our son 15 yrs ago, said that was the most devastating stuff she's had...Of course, not toking for 15 yrs would definitely do the trick too.

But Thunderfuck is amazing!!

The only way I hit the couch with the Apollo was over doing it, then my butt was on the couch

LOL Good going Zolton. 40% is waaay better than 0 hey?
The Sativa can take up to double the time of the Afghani, but it'll be an awesome smoke I bet.

Sounds like the breeder is doing some interesting crosses.
That Poison Thunderfuck should be a gooder.
Cindy Aloha x Hawaiian? Sounds like (C99 x Aloha White Widow) x Hawaiian to me.

Good luck with those.
Lets hear how the Afghani smokes when you try some.

You know, I think you're right about the C99 x Aloha White Widow. Shows ya how much I know about gardening. But the deal with this grower on a 60/40 was too good to pass up.
Will do, as soon as I receive it at my 'safe address'...

& thanks Dan

C-99 is known for it's ability to combine with other strains.

The cross should be excellent.
I have some C-99 x Aloha White Widow from Motarebel, if it comes close to his it will be fantastic.

Hey Dan,
Have you grown any F1, or F2 Apollo 11?
Are there established phenos for the F3?

I only recieved F3s, there were 2 phenos that grew the same height-wise, one had a hint of chocolate in the taste, the other was lemons.
The high was very close on the ones I chose for moms.

A little bit goes a long way, but I still think the Apollo 11 is better for your 1st high of the day, as it peps me up. Whereas the Afghani reminds me of that Couchlock -- very heady & locks you on the couch with a glazed-look in your eyes. Of course, my wife said that's my normal look [smart-ass broad].

It certainly is, Dan, & I just happened to luck out meeting this dude, as we're always talking at this other site & we come to find out, after months of convos, that we were 70 miles apart.
Guy drove down to meet & we hit it off, like we've known each other for years!! Anyhow, he has 1 hellacious set-up [been to his place as well] & was running short on beans, which I knew of a nice assortment from Humboldt, so now we're 60/40.
Wild the way somethings work, huh?

Yeah, it was. I remember I kept putting it off & finally thought, "Fuck it!! I'm not saying a word about it until he mentions it."
So, within 5 minutes of meeting, we head into my office & he opens up his suitcase [we planned on him crashing here] & it's nothing but mason jars [about 10] with different labels & needless to say, we became great buds, so to speak.

Apollo 11 is supposed to be C-99 x Genius / [shivaskunk x JH f2] x shivaskunk
Seems to be quite the mixture.
It is a nice up high for sure and a lot of people consider it a strain worth keeping around.

A good thread here
http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.p...ight=apollo+11

This is the overgrow search for Apollo, you can see how popular it is to use in crosses.
This strain guide is a good source of information.
