It's been a week. Am I still a little high?

A couple weeks ago, I was arrested/suspended for bringing three eighths and a scale to school. I'm being charged with a felony, but it's my first offense, so I'll probably just be hit with community service and a long probation.

I've smoked twice since the incident, but it's been seven days since I've smoked at this point. I always felt that once I stopped smoking, I would begin to feel a new spark in my life: I would no longer be so apathetic, I would have tons more motivation, I would be more sociable.
But in reality, I haven't felt much of any change. The biggest change is a huge increase in my irritability, and I was still feeling grumpy yesterday, six days after.

The questions this leads me to are:

How long does it take to get weed out of your system so that you truly are in no way affected by THC?

When I am forced not to smoke for a year or more, am I going to be pissy all the time, or am I still just being affected by not having weed?

From what I understand it take one month for a healthy adult to rid their body of the thc molecule.

It's not going to be easy to not smoke, you will likely get angry and feel injustice about the situation. Remain mindful of that feeling and try to come up with another interest or something to fill the mind with , instead of smoking.

Sorry that you got in some hot water.

Good luck and come here to talk if you are having trubs.

It all depends on the person man, when ever I go on breaks (forced or not), I get extremely irrate, and lose my appetite, this will usually last for about 5 days after not smoking for me, then ill be fine for the most part. Its all about how you think, if you think it'll be hard to not smoke anymore (or just less), then it will be hard to not smoke anymore. Its all in your head man.

I believe its all in the mind bro. You want something you cannot have, I would be irritated to until I was free from juristiction. I smoked while on parole buddy. They go by THC levels even if it says you are positive you maybe below the legal amount in your system, if you do continue to smoke have a back up plan. SEND ALL POSITIVES TO THE LAB! Taking ibuprofin on a dayly basis will show up as THC, use your mind. A couple of puffs every few weeks won't hurt. DO NOT EXCEED! you may find out that you were waisting alot of green. Take control of the weed, don't let the weed control you! Now that you don't smoke you have a VOID, fill it with something, a hobbie, a woman, something to take your mind off from the green. You might have to change everything. good luck

There is no "legal ammount" all THC is "illegal". They base it off your past test. If you score a 120 on a scale of 200 for your THC test, they expect to see a decline every week. Took one of my fat friends 2 months to become 100% clean after scoring a 140. But I scored a 130 and was clean in 2.
