so anyway me and my friend where making "homemade firecrackers" and some off duty cop ran out and drew his gun on us and called the local cops and now im gonna get 12-36 months of probation after i just got off in feb. for poss. of mary J. got arrested in may.... look at this this is a 5 year felony.... id just like to hear if you think this looks like a threat to society.

yeah that's actually pretty fair IMO. they were dumb enough to do it in a place where an off duty cop would be able to hear them.

when people get hurt and go to the emergency room not only do they have hospital bills, they also get charged for making illegal explosives. my dad has had to take pieces of sparkler from a sparkler bomb out of these two guys backs before because it blew up as they just turned their back, and of course is required to call the cops on them.

The cops today are out of control. I would vote yes to get rid of all cops. They cause more problems than they help with.

by this logic the police should take away people's skateboards because people come into the emergency room with broken arms from skateboarding and also not allow people to cook any food because sometimes raw meat is undercooked and people go to the hospital with food poisoning.

Where I live now, back when I was a kid, it was a closer knit community of Quakers and Russian Mafia, everyone knew everyone else and treated each others kids as their own. Works out well for good kids (or those smart enough not to get caught ) but very bad for the local dickheads who couldn't stay out of trouble if their lives depended on it. i know right , but thanks yea its bullshit whomever think this shit is fair can go to hell. we where not being stupid we took every precaution to make sure nothing got ruined or no one was hurt. and i consider being able to do something like that intelligence. explosives are a science and to be able to make them set them off and control them is a skill. this is not the only time we've done this and never had 1 single problem. the cop was a cocksucker he was already pissed of i could tell by his body language. its all bullshit so all i have to say is FUCK THE POLICE THEY CAN SUCK MY FUCKIN DOGS COCK if someone steals my T.V. ill go back to them with a real PIPEBOMB AND FUCK THEIR SHIT UP. i could of choose to use my knowledge in a destructive way but i would never do sucha thing im not that kinda person i believe in what goes around comes around and i got screwed so its only a matter of time before that cop gets his and i aint gonna have nothin to do with it.. i hope some crack head shoots him in the fuckin face .... sorry for the language but im just so fuckin pissed...

Sorry man, but I just don't think people should have the right to make explosives unless they have a permit or a license or whatever fire-work makers need. Why? Because accidents do happen.
