Bearsy if your trying to drop some lb's try shrinking your stomache size there are certain foods that do that. My little bro did that and he's lost a bit of weight, nothing crazy maybe like 10 pounds over the past three months, but progress is progress.

on the real, the people who go on that show do an awesome job of losing weight. i don't watch it like that, but i've seen the tranformations and they really are incredible.

obviously like someone said its a public thing, so def put some serious thought into it. i say this because tbh i could really see you making the show. they look for heavy people obviously, but at the same time they are looking for people with great personalities and all that, and you my man have . shit bro i say you do it . i as well want a shout-out.
