Wow I'm Stressed..

I don't want to commit suicide or get killed but fuck...sometimes I just get tired of living and having to deal with the bullshit in life if that makes any sense. I'm tired.

I wish i could go into a fucking coma for like 6 months or something. I feel like saying FUCK it and start using again.

Try to go on vacation or something, I don't know whats available according to your schedule but do something you wanna do that involves you getting away from your stress.

So I'm assuming he means heroin as opposed to pot then? I guess "using" implies this as you would of probably said "smoking".

Don't do that. Think of the long term consequences of your actions. It sounds like you know what they are already so stay strong.

i was just having a bad day yesterday...I'm cool now but I do need a vacation from the repetition of daily life. I used to eat pills and drink and I have been getting urges lately from the stress/anxiety.

Suggestion-when you feel anxious, try breathing in through your nose & out through your mouth. Keep breathing that way until you feel calmer.

Double H has good advice, but I'd like to expound more on what mindfully doing something like that means.

What you are doing is making a committed practice to doing something for yourself.

I feel you need to do something to blow off stream or connect with what you enjoy.
