something like this recently happened to me,
the girl I had my first intense crush on in highschool just contacted me after 5 years of not speaking, things ended really terribly, after I moved too slowly for her she wanted to bang my best friend and somehow I ended up dating her best friend. she was really friendly, said she missed me hopes i am doing well and wanted to hang out. My personal opinion is that people don't really change and I don't think I could ever really trust her, but I guess its up to you to determine your level of interpersonal risk taking.The prospect of having things work out is exciting though, but in my case I dont think I would ever want to see a person that I had such a bad experience with again.

It's all part of the game, she has shown the first signs of desperation, so it is up to you to either
ignore and keep all the "control/power/respect" and keep on keepin on like a "champ/boss/player"... or start talking to her and give her all the "control/power/respect" and let her slowly suck your soul out through your wallet....
