Yeah, i've never seen any convincing evidence that THC is a tetrogen, but i haven't seen convincing evidence against it either.

I agree that you run a much higher risk of problems with insurance than the law, prosecutors would have a hard time making a case - especially based on the results of a single test

Who is your provider? Kaiser is notoriously anti-weed, they'll drop you from organ transplant lists and shit if you test positive.

Do you have sources?
I missed it when you posted this....sorry.

The blue sclera info was told to me by a friend, a RN. Something she picked up somewhere. Actually, she was one of my nurses with my first birth, and became a friend from there. Both of my kids were born with it. In both kids, it went away.

I just Googled it as well, and found several hits about it and weed, but nothing specifically about pregnancy.

I'm sure that baby has arrived already. But, I have learned a few things from various sources about babies and marijuana. Basically...all of the research I have done is really irregular. There is no conclusive evidence that it effects a fetus. In fact, some test conclude that it MAY decrease head circumfirance...and others say that it may increase weight. But, the more you use, the more it may have adverse effects on said fetus. All research is controversial, and it's hard to find mothers willing to do the testing. So, these questions are so hard to answer because of the ambiguous nature. I'm sure that your child turned out fine. I didn't use when I was pregnant for various reasons, but I think the next time I get pregnant I may use to help with nausea...However...w hat's up with dr's testing for it???I never had any tests like that done to me. What a load of bullshit that is! yes, I agree they should know if you are smoking tobbacco products and other harsher drugs and narcotics...but why weed???? WOW, Dr's need to wake up and do some research. Knowledge is power!
