My fish are dying :(

All my guppies are dying off.. at about 2 per day.. they have this parasite protruding from them.. and I've read that by that stage.. there is basically nothing you can do. Hmmm to kill them now or to just let them die naturally?

I have one larger one that seems unaffected, so I will move her to a bowl in the house so she doesn't get infected.

What parasite exactly are they white spots of ick? If so when they are in ther cyst for wich is the only way you know there, there no you can't treat at that stage but if you have and copper safe, mulchite green or any other ick meds for fish you treat now and when they fall in in a few hours in there tomite form they will drop like flies ick is allways in the water it only effects the fish when there not doing good cause of high nitrates, ammonia or many other reasons a water change should be made after treatment. Don't just let them fie nothing natural about that

Yes I ment die nothing unnatural about death expeptwhen it brought on by not caring for the fish you pulled out of there natal environment where the would be less likley to get ick and let them die cause of a problem that's preventable and cureable nothing natural about that. Not like you would care seal killer. Also your quote is a bit disturbing by sir-ex you should really remove it I take it your a female cause no dude would have that.

It was Camanallus. Once they have it.. apparently there is nothing you can do...

I was contemplating squashing them.. but then had a better idea.. I fed them to bigger fish.. didn't feel too bad about doing that.. heh

RIP my small fish.. Long live the big fish!

I still have a bigger one left who seems too hardcore to be infected.. I will clean the tub, rocks and plants extensively and then find him a mate so he can rock out with his cock out!

you should learn how the parasite reproduces so you can prevent it from affecting future generations.
i would remove the infected fish to prevent the parasites from reproducing...

Well, let's see Mescalito, what if you took the fish out for a moment and scrubbed them with rubbing alcohol. Do you think that might clear them of the parasites?

Hey dead head why you here if you know nothing. Someone asked for help and trying to help. I happen to have 3 tanks to salt water reefs and a octopus would love for you to come by an check him out dead head. Then I would grab you by the back of the head and stick your face in the tank. He has the most deadly poison of any fish in the sea your face will swell your body will convulse and you will die in minutes and I will laugh. Remember "there just stupid fish".

And as for mercury idea it's better to say nothing if you don't know anything about the subject . Not to sound like a dick but you sound stupid and can cause more trouble when your just trying to help
