Turm at least smoke organic cigs if you're gonna lapse.

When life is dark, and there is no solace but for the smoke.. I choose Canadian Natural Tobacco Organics

(that's the commercial for them)

(that I made up)

(I'm rich now)

I did that shit (or skoal) for 20 years. Nasty habit. My lower lip was raw by the end of the day but I keep packing that shit in there. Took me years to quit. Good luck man.

I didnt pick it up until later in life after putting myself in a situation where I havnt been able to smoke weed for a few years. I stopped smoking cigs 11 years ago. I have confidence ill be able to quit chewing a few weeks after I am able to smoke again. Its simply substituting one bad habit for another, but such is life.

I started chewing to quit smoking. It worked for awhile but eventually I was smoking AND chewing. I also enjoyed chewing more when I was stoned so I hope that doesn't happen to you. I'm not trying to discourage you or anything like that but I want you to know how difficult it is to stop. Be prepared and don't quit trying to quit. Good news is I haven't touched either since '95 but it took years of trying.

Quit a pack a day habit about a year ago. Still might bum one or two if I'm drunk, but overall I consider it a success.

I used the nicotine patch, since I was able to get it free from the student health center. They even hooked me up a with like a 3 month supply, instead of dolling it out a few weeks at a time, since I was about to graduate and lose my access.
