I'm (obviously) not sure if it the people your around, or if its your perspective Turm, that makes people come across as so needy. I don't find people that needy in general.

But I understand, there are some people who do seem to want an uncomfortable amount from you... and yet at the same time are ready to put you down without a second thought. Must be insecurity I guess? (Just been kinda annoyed by one dude recently, give him an inch of humility and he acts like its a weakness to exploit)

I've always been confused about stag shops.. I mean you go in there and there are rubber vaginas and penises and half torsos and basically like you can just buy an ass that's it.. Devices of torture etc.

That's serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer shit if I ever saw it.

I mean people keep it hidden away in boxes in their houses.. It's a dirty little secret..

No different just a very thin yet dark line imo.

Since I've become sobre I basically hang around people who are in recovery.

So I try to help out the newcomers and I shouldn't complain because I myself am one of the biggest whinies around..here anyways. But I have a few people who put a lot of pressure on me like message me 50 times in a row.. Or won't go to meetings unless I'm there.. Or a friend got kicked out of rehab for drinking and is all messed up and was all " i let you down!" And suicidal..

I don't need that shit on me!
Like get sobre for you not me.. I got my own problems..
People think I got it together but I don't.

I fickin don't.

How do I help them when I have a hard enough time helping myself.
Fuck

My perception could be all fucked up though it really could be.

I am them..
I just don't like being..or seeing people fucked up it makes me mad.

I guess I see me in them and then I want them to go away.

I don't know
I'm thinking too much now.

I'm really having a good day actually

Yeah turm, AA folk are on a whole nother level, with regard to social interaction.
I personally cant handle them in anything but limited doses.

Pretty much every single person ive gotten close to in my life has had, or currently has, a drug problem. Including family. It isn't just like the circles ive surrounded myself with either. It is just massively widespread here in new jersey. Especially with younger people.

Shit wears you out man.

Definitely one of the reasons i withdrew socially.

Since sentience, (look that up!) the thing I remember most was being alone, being by myself. It was of necessity for my mother, husband at work, 3 older sibs at school, (or helping out with->), and her being pregnant for 5 years. Nobody lived there then. This spilled over to me being around other kids, I was and still am uncomfortable around people, even people I know. Now, I could never live with even one other person in the house. I do not like being around people. Not because of them, because of me.

So it goes, , , ,

Truly, being married to the right person is so much better than being single. I think, for excitement and romance, single and attached is best. But for contentment and intimacy, being married for a good long while is where it's at. You all know the ups and downs I've been through in my marriage, and how I've changed and grown over time. That kind of thing adds up to something really cool, if you have the desire to work through it.

I think happily married people are healthy people..
And if they can stick it out through the ups and downs..well that's growth.
You can't have good without bad.. Vice versa.
There are obvious deal breakers out there.. I mean don't be a door mat. Dont settle..for less..etc.

I don't mean that in regards to materialism if that's a word.

Also.. Low points, complacency...I believe are just growth periods in our lives if we can remember that..

No where to go but up, or forward..or fucking crazy.
