Tightness in throat

Hey guys,

Its been a while...

So I lost my job about 6 months ago and I've been pretty chronic each day. 4-5 times a day i'm smoking a little mix of tabacco and weed through my bong. Lately after l smoke (like 2hrs later) l get a tightness in my throat. its almost like a slight burning sensation, kinda when someone pinches you and does not let go. its intensity kinda comes and goes. I also am a little sore behind the ears, on the skull. It also feels like the glands under my jaw are a little tender.

I'm really not sure what this could be. Stress by being unemployed? Could it be Thyroid related? My mum has thyroid problems.

I'm going to keep searching around for answers but any insight or ideas are welcome.

Listen to you body.

We aren't doctors, however it isn't hard to find a symptoms list online.

See a doctor, because worry is stress.

My throat is only strained when in camel pose and it does make me wonder. But the pose in on my knees arching back, hands behind me, neck craned back....maybe I should just do it more?

Tobacco in a bong is totally harsh with out a doubt.

Thank you friends. I know change is comming in the tides of time. I am scared for my blood work results. Haven't had any test such as this in over a decade.

Only time will tell how the clock ticks...

you need to smoke less or less often. smoking many times a day is like getting a sunburn and then going back out in the sun every 2 hours or so. your throat never has a chance to heal and the inflamation never goes away. up your fluid intake and think about cutting out the whole tobacco in the bong thing. your throat will thank you.

Thank you friends. I know change is comming in the tides of time. I am scared for my blood work results. Haven't had any test such as this in over a decade.

Only time will tell how the clock ticks...
