weird eye spazzs..

my right eye has been twitching and spazzing and shit like craaaazy recently..
it's like the right side of it. what could this be?

Usually it's pretty normal. Drink some water I think dehydration can cause this.

but have you been doing lots of drugs?

i think it's the lack of sleep.. 3rd yr university.. not a lot of time to even scratch myself.

and i've actually been doing a lot less drugs. i always have and always will smoke weed, but the only other drug i got really into was coke. did quite a bit off and on from when i was 17-20-ish.. haven't paid for any since april, and that was the only time i've paid for any since dec 27th 2009, which was like my "last day", except i've done it a few times since but nothing much.. like i used to do a half ball to a ball a weekend, and then save like 1.4-ish to last me through the weekdays.

whenever i scan from one object to the next lights n stuff look like jagged tracers, similar to when i used to roll. is it safe to assume thats some sort of residual affect?

Yeah the lid of mine did that for a longer period of time than I'd like. Went away on it's own so I also have to back the lack of sleep and stress scenario.

If it was just an object>object I'd say yes, but since you said >lights I'd be likely to say iron. Know if you're deficient?

caffeine, need sleep, lack of sleep, those are usually the reasons that I've had that issue
