Sinuses and Delivery Method
Obviously, smoking marijuana (or anything) can potentially irritate the sinuses, but I was wondering if ingesting marijuana thru eating (tea, brownies, etc) also can have this effect.
Apologies if this is a stupid question, but help is appreciated.

nah the only thing i can think of would be if you already had like a sinus infection or some cold, brownies or other foods might make your body produce more mucus and make you more congested.

I think that''s just a symptom of smoke, not pot in general.
The weird thing is when i do a french inhale (out the mouth, in the nose) i seem to get less stuffed up than usual.... seems counter-intuitive but i guess i'm just burning out my snot glands or something.

i've been nursing a virus so i've been drinking chai herb tea instead of smoking--it hasn't seemed to have any negative effects but it never hurts to be careful--either that or i am a total hypochondriac. lol.

so bump this.
i went to the doc after having a recurring sinus infection since january, and they attributed it to smoking pot (not the weed obviously, just the harmful inhalation of sinus irritants). Now i got the vaporizer. Question: Is vaping less irritating to the sinuses?

Its possible. Its advertised as being easier on the lungs so its good for medical users, but i still cough on it sometimes, especially when I have a chest cold.

but then i've read that you can vape peppermint and eucalyptus for sinus problems, so i wouldn't think it would be different for cannabis. your inhaling the element at one of its purest forms.
