Call a vet, or go to a vet.

They will give him something to induce vomiting and then tell you to ride it out and call them if anything changes.

I'd be more concerned about the fact your dog ate chocolate than the fact your dog ate weed. Chocolate is not good for dogs at all.

24hr vet, go now.

yeah it is the chocolate that is the problem. Not the weed. Dark chocolate/baking chocolate is much much worse than milk chocolate.
Milk chocolate he'll probably be fine, unless it was a super large piece.
Dark chocolate he could be seriously ill, again depending on how much.

Regardless he is likely gonna shit everywhere.

And yeah, you should take him to the vet ASAP, where they will make him vomit to get whatever is left out, and maybe give him some meds if he ate enough chocolate etc etc.

How large of a piece?

DO THIS RIGHT NOW. Weed and chocolate can both be pretty bad for dogs. If your afraid of getting your dog get taken away at least tell them about the chocolate, cuz the treatment for the weed parts the same thing really.

You may want to make your dog throw up on purpose.

Give the dog about one teaspoonful of hydrogen peroxide. Combine with water or, if necessary, a bit of vanilla ice cream.

Walk the dog for about 15 minutes. This should help by just getting your dog moving.

If the peroxide has not induced vomiting after 15 minutes, give the dog another dose of it. That should help induce vomiting.

If the dog has still not vomited after thirty minutes, do not give him another dose. Too much peroxide can harm him.

Let the dog go out to grass. Dogs will often naturally eat grass if they have eaten something that is not suitable for their digestive system, and this may help the dog to vomit it up.

If you cannot get your dog to vomit it up or, for whatever reason, this does not work, get her to eat something that she really loves. This should help to dilute the chocolate. Boiled milk may also help here.
