I've never heard of that happening anywhere around here.

I would refuse either way. I'll get expelled before they force a test on me. I'm not bad ass or anything, but the way I see it, what I do with my own bodily fluids is my business.

It's not the school's place to make sure everybody is behaving while they are out of school.

I also think workplace piss-testing is an invasion of privacy. Some person can come to work all hungover from a night of heavy boozin'...feeling like dogshit, but still just getting by on their work assignment...& as long as there's no drugs in his system, it's OK.
Another person comes to work feeling fine...performing their work perfectly...but find a trace of THC in their system & it's shitcan city!!
What a person does on their own time...& doesn't affect their job performance...should be just fine. I've missed way more work being hungover than from any other substance [except for the 1980s when we'd go on 'coke-jags'].
As for weed? Never missed 1 day. Smoke weed all evening & wake up feeling fine. Drink all evening & the next morning? Barely lift my head up without it throbbing!!
