OTTAWA — The federal cabinet has responded to an adverse court ruling by increasing the number of medical marijuana users a licensed grower may supply - to two from one.

What does Emery have to do with this? He isn't even mentioned in the article.

Let me see if I understand: The users won a case against the limit of one person per grower, and then they basically said "well ok you win, the court says I have to raise the limit, but they didn't say how much and you didn't suggest how much either, so the new limit is now 2"

is that what happened? Don't you just love the law?

Marc Emery (a member of YaHooka...) & Co. are basically responsible for much (if not all) of the medical marijuana awareness that Canadian's currently enjoy.
