Now, here is a real activist and some real activism.

Meanwhile, thanks to NORML and Americans for Safe Access, and our other self-appointed leaders, California is the only state in America where a vet can get an 'exemption' for PTSD, or any other psychological condition, other than Oregon - where one psychological condition, Alzheimer's Rage, is 'permitted'.

Who sponsers the writing of these bills that exclude psychological conditions? NORML? Americans for Safe Access? Both?
