Thumbs up The absolute best policy proposal ever!

The best answer: untaxed, unregulated cultivation!

Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana by implementing "MRPP" (MARIJUANA RE-LAGALIZATION POLICY PROJECT, pronounced: "merp") through a Special Joint Session of Congress.

Check out this video and then sign the petition to Legalize Nationwide. Each signature sends letters to Obama, your 2 Federal Senators and your Federal House member. We can do this now that 52% of America wants Marijuana Re-Legalized.

This is not about what “They” allow us to do. It is about what “We The People” are demanding as the majority of citizens in a free country. We have been silent on this issue for far too long. It’s not up to “them” or “they”, there is no, “them” or “they”. The only voice that counts is, “WE THE PEOPLE”, so don’t wait on someone else to act for you, TAKE ACTION NOW! If you don’t then the “they” that some people seem concerned about will be the majority and “they” will continue to decide how YOU are governed. On the issue of marijuana there is NO DOUBT the BEST policy is the “BEER and WINE MODEL”... (the RIGHT to untaxed, unregulated cultivation for personal adult use, similar to federal regulations for making your own beer and wine). Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana | Change.org

This measure in no way prevents revenue from being derived from sales of marijuana. Sale will no doubt be licensed, limited, regulated and taxed similar to beer and wine sales. Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana | Change.org

This measure prevents unreasonable inflated pricing and the complete control of marijuana through a government monopoly or any private government licensed monopoly. Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana | Change.org

JUST SAY KNOW SUPPORTS THIS POLICY OVER ALL OTHER PROPOSED REGULATIONS SEEKING THE RE-LEGALIZING OF MARIJUANA. Our reasons for supporting this policy are very clearly outlined in the video and text on the petition page. Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana | Change.org

NO ONE, OF ANY AGE, ANYWHERE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, IN ALL OF RECORDED HISTORY, HAS EVER DIED FROM THE INGREDIENTS IN MARIJUANA. It makes no sense to strictly regulate it as if it were a dangerous substance. Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana | Change.org

“We the People” must not let those who have illegally and unjustly oppressed us with marijuana and hemp prohibition continue the harm, waste and devastation this failed policy has inflicted on society, families and individuals. Marijuana prohibition has existed for decades and it has done no good at all. In fact, just the opposite, it has done MUCH unnecessary harm! Petition for the Immediate Re-Legalization of Marijuana | Change.org

It is well documented that marijuana prohibition was enacted through outright lies about alleged harms and dangers that have since been absolutely proven completely FALSE. I urge everyone that wants to know the truth about marijuana and its prohibition to read: “Why Is Marijuana Illegal” and “Marijuana Facts The Government Does Not Want You To Know”. You can find those articles on the Just Say Know home page.

No other policy in US history has destroyed Constitutional rights and subverted the Constitution to the extent that drug prohibition has. This harmful, wasteful, Constitution destroying policy must end!

The Constitutional right to freedom of religion, free speech, a free press, to keep and bear arms, to be secure in your person, house, papers and effects against unreasonable search and seizure, to life, liberty and property, to be protected from having your property taken by the government without due process of law and without just compensation, to confront the witnesses against you, to be protected from excessive bail, excessive fines, cruel and unusual punishment, to vote and others have been denied to millions of Americans in the name of the drug war.

All major authorities agree that the vast majority of drug-related violent crime is caused by the prohibition against drugs, rather than the drugs themselves. This was the same situation which was true during alcohol Prohibition. Alcohol Prohibition gave rise to a violent criminal organization. Violent crime dropped 65 percent the year alcohol Prohibition was repealed.

Drug prohibition has increased drug related death, underage drug use, crime, violence, disease, corruption, wasted tax dollar spending, criminal / terrorist funding and a multitude of other harmful consequences.

It’s far past time for the citizens to demand that drug addiction and other REAL drug related problems be handled as medical problems not criminal problems. Drug prohibition CAUSES far more harm than the drugs themselves. Rationally regulating drugs rather than prohibiting them will instantly end virtually ALL the additional, so called drug-related problems, which are in reality PROHIBITION problems, directly CAUSED by prohibition putting criminals, gangsters and terrorists in complete control of the multi-billion dollar annual illegal drug trade. When was the last time you heard of two alcohol dealers getting into a shootout? I bet it was when alcohol was prohibited.

If a person kills or otherwise harms others while under the influence of a drug we already have legitimate laws to deal with those problems. If significant harm to society, families or individuals is recognized (as it was with drunk driving) then certainly laws can be effectively rationally adjusted to deal with any such problems in a much more effective rational fashion than this war on American citizens and our Constitution, called the “drug war”.

GET THE FACTS AND TAKE ACTION ON THIS ISSUE NOW! MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION IS COMING SOON. HELP MAKE SURE IT IS THE BEST POLICY IT CAN POSSIBLY BE! Get it right the first time!
