Oregon's Measure 74

So, MMJ has been around Oregon for a while, but cardholders still had to get their medicine by illegal means. With Measure 74, Oregon will establish a dispensary system with the revenue flowing back into the state. The measure also allows for some flexibility and "user input", meaning a strict set of rules and guidelines are NOT present. I haven't done a ton of reading on it, but heres the link to the official campaign.
