The big biz side/taxes are the part that scares me about legalization and marketing, over decriminalizing it so I can grow it in my garden like anything else I cook, make tea with or smoke, trade it with a few friends, and that's it.

Maybe but why is it impossible to legalise it so we can just do what we want with the plant? That's always the way it was for thousands of years.
