MY COUNTRY 'TIS OF THY PEOPLE YOU'RE DYING

Now that your big eyes have finally opened,
Now that you're wondering how must they feel,
Meaning them that you've chased across America's movie screens.

That the ones you've called colorful, noble and proud
In your school propaganda
They starve in their splendor?

You force us to send our toddlers away

You forbid them their languages, then further say
That American history really began
When Columbus set sail out of Europe, then stress
That the nation of leeches that conquered this land

And yet where in your history books is the tale
Of the genocide basic to this country's birth,
Of the preachers who lied, how the Bill of Rights failed,
How a nation of patriots returned to their earth?

I posted this to show the similarities of what Unkle Scam is doing to us today, is what they did to the Indians of yesteryear. Now the "law" makes us criminals for treating illness or trying to replace the poison toxic fiber and fuels and frankenfoods. Stigmatizing our culture of cannabis.

Wow DdC, thank you so much for posting these. I always knew they weren't giving us the whole story, like they'd schedule five minutes of regret into our lesson plan, then we'd move on to our victorious revolution.
It makes me soooo sick to know what happened to the native americans and whats still happening. Just think if the Natives were the ones in control right now and not the greedy white man, just think how different and better things would be!!!

I personally don't feel bad for the natives, not cause they didn't get fucked over which they did, its cause i don't really feel bad for anyone. We live in a survival of the fitest world and an extremely fucked up world so what do u expect. Also the same shit happened to Ireland, Germany, and most of europe thanks to typical scumbags that wanna get over on each other. Its all about the wealthy trying to get richer and the common guy is the one that gets fucked every single time. If you ask me they need to press the reset button and nuke the world. No good can possible come out of the human race and the world just needs to start over. Just my opinion thou.

Don't beat yourself up so, its not your fault or your problem. Compassion isn't for the other guy its for the one giving it. Random acts of kindness give rewards to the giver. Keeping Bushit in office might give you what you wish for. And like the song says, it ain't the same. Germans still speak German and live in Germany. Population control is best done in the prevention stages and not genociding cultures. Maybe when the church learns this and stops signing concordences with the fascist the people will be heard.
