NEW YORK - Recently the U.S. Supreme Court, in refusing to disturb an appeals court ruling, gave its approval to doctors who want to discuss with patients the use of marijuana for certain diseases. That was good news for a multibillion industry that has sprung up in British Columbia, Canada--dope growers.
