Anyone heard anything of the up in smoke cafe?
Supposed to have been busted for smoking a joint.

I was told there was something on another forum by the owner, but you guys usually have all the info...

the owner passed a joint on puropose in front of the cops inside the cafe. they booked him. place is still open and sellin.

That's funny.
Quite a few years back there was a crack-down on paraphenalia back home.
They busted all the head shops... ok, ther was only 1. big news as far as the paper and radio was concerned.
They mentioned "numerous" pieces confiscated.

Yuh, there were no more than 12 pieces in the whole store.
It sold mostly pot flags and such.
