Morning Ppl
Peaceturtle..thanks for stopping in. Dano takes great shots! It's so much better than me drawing stick figures in here I think the last bit before harvest is the hardest to wait. Course it sure helps to have a few jars sitting round here helping with my patience! I love ganj .. Thanks for droppin in. It's gonna be interesting to see what this lady does in the next couple weeks. Hi Sublime .. I got such a funny mental picture of Dan and I trying desperately to get up a tree.. I think I'll sit under it SanDiegoKush .. She is close isn't she? I am thinking she will yeild 2 as the buds are nice and solid but its hard to say. I'll pull out the dope scope this afternoon and take a look at the trichs. Pharmette .. it's like waiting for Christmas, isn't it? She's an easy plant to grow, and loves the nutes in the last bit of flower especially. Hi TeamTHC.. As pharmette said.. err.. dano.. it's a 600 on a light mover. (thanks Pharmette). We moved up from a 400 awhile ago but I bet you could get close with that with a 400. We had some really nice yeilds with the 400. I think the biggest deal was the nutes. I haven't had to deal with one def since she hit flower. When I started growing, I took a defensive stand when it came to nutes. Any sign of def, I was on it and if the plant looked healthy, it got water. Getting a bit aggressive with the nutes is working around here. It sure helps to run a few grows and get to know the plants in general before you become Rambo. (course when I burn the hell out of the next plant, I may go back to defensive) ![]() Off to play in the snow!

I love that last pic
![]() You arent really messing around with popcorn buds, just nice dense buggers. It is obvious that you're becoming more familiar with this strain, and it's coming through in the results. You have been touched (i sense). |

gorgeous.. the color is something that seems to naturally appeal to people. these ones aren't just splashed though.. they're absolutely beautiful, and look superdense to boot.
that seems like one to keep a mum of, does it make the cut around your parts? not much needs be said.. yields will prove plentiful & you will surely enjoy them. congrats ![]()

thanks Cerebro and smallarmsfire. The buds are nice and firm and man.. the smell! Not overpowering for sure but she is begging to be smoked. :-) For growing, the BR has got to be my favorite....although there is a Viet black in flower that is looking incredible.. and a NL, and that BB, and the GWS is lookin lush too.
Too many to pick from. I like them all!!I grabbed the dopescope and took a boo this afternoon and there's some amber on the top knot. I think I'll end up taking her in the next couple days. Black Russian is a keeper in the garden for sure. All our mom's sit in 16 oz beer cups. We keep them pruned, (tops and roots) so they don't get rootbound. We just harvested A-11 and she was a mom who sat in veg for well over a hundred days. Pruning just happened so the mom's are nice and small again. Before ya know it, they'll need another haircut.

It's hard to pick a favorite Cerebro
I think more sampling is in order. Smallarmsfire.. Dano's looking at crossing the blockhead male with the Viet Black female. I want to make some blockhead beans too. The male is sitting in with the moms and is getting really close to spewing pollen everywhere. So today, hopefuly, it opens and i can collect some.. maybe in a film container or pill bottle or something. HEY!!!! Guess what I did yesterday? I took my own pics this time as dano missed the harvest.. Thankfully he edited them for me last night. Probably too many pictures but I was on a roll. I figured if I took 100 pictures, he would be able to do something with a few of them. Granted a few are upsidedown... |
